【About return and exchange】

・Please return or exchange the product within 7 days after it arrived. When returning, be sure to contact us via email first to explain the reason for the return.

・We take every possible measure for product quality, but if the product is damaged or dirty, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives to be repaired, exchanged, or returned.

・In case of initial failure or wrong delivery, please send it to us via freight forwarding.

If you return the product due to customer error such as an order error or size change, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

・For returns or exchanges, please send it within 7 days after the item arrives. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have passed this period.

[Basically, we do not accept goods other than size exchange and defective products. ]

・In addition, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

1. Used product

2. Products whose packaging has been opened

3. Products without packaging or manufacturer's labels, products without packaging such as boxes

4. Items that have been washed and cleaned

5. Products with dirt or scratches

6. Damage due to misuse by the customer

7. Modified product

8. Products that are not properly maintained
